Contiki were fantastic with their communication via email and WhatsApp throughout the entire experience. All tours gave you the most for what you pay for, including free-time add-ons. Very easy to book! Costumer service was great. There was a few things out of date from online instructions to the actually trip. Very limited cash was required for the trip including free time add ons are not cash anymore. I cannot wait to book my next Contiki. Costa Rica was the best time of my
