Free Time Add-Ons Credit Promotion Terms & Conditions 

The Free Time Add-Ons Credit Promotion is valid for new bookings made between 8 September 2026 and 1 October 2026 on selected Contiki Europe 2027 trips departing between June 2027 and August 2027. Under this promotion, eligible customers receive a voucher ("Free Credit") to be used as payment towards optional Free Time Add-on experiences on the eligible booked trip. The voucher value ranges from €100 to €500 depending on the trip booked. 

Eligible Trips & Voucher Values 
The following trips departing between June 2027 and August 2027 are eligible for this promotion. The voucher value awarded is determined by the trip booked: 

How to Claim 
Book an eligible trip and enter the promo code FREECREDIT at checkout. Following booking confirmation, you will receive your voucher via email along with your other guest documents approximately 21 days before your trip departs.  

Voucher Use
The voucher may be used as payment towards the optional Free Time Add-On experiences available on your booked trip. To redeem, show a printed or digital copy of the voucher to your Trip Manager on trip when booking Free Time Add-Ons. A full list of the optional Free Time Add-On experiences available on your trip can be found on the relevant trip itinerary page at contiki.com. Free Time Add-On experiences are subject to availability and change on trip.  

The voucher may only be used on the specific trip and departure date booked under this promotion. It has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied as a discount against the trip price or used for any other on-trip cost. 

If the total value of Free Time Add-Ons booked exceeds the voucher value, the difference is payable by the customer. Any unused voucher value at the end of the trip is forfeited. 

Voucher Validity & Cancellation
The voucher is valid for the booked trip only. If the booking is amended to a trip or departure date not included in this promotion, the voucher will be void. If the booking is cancelled, or the deposit is not paid to confirm the booking, the voucher will be cancelled. 

Eligible Markets
This promotion is available to customers booking from Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Europe, United States, Canada, South Africa, and Asia. 

Combinability
This promotion is combinable with Past Passenger, Future Travel Credit & Book with Friends discounts. This promotion is not combinable with any other offer. Contiki reserves the right to validate bookings and remove any non-combinable offers applied online. 

General
This promotion is not valid on all itineraries or departure dates, is subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Vouchers are non-transferable. Standard Contiki Booking Conditions apply. 

CONTIKI SYDNEY EVENT WIN A TICKET – Terms and Conditions 

By participating you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Acceptance of a Ticket is subject to the normal policies and rules or restrictions of the Sponsors.   

1.  THE PROMOTION

1. Each eligible social username constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted. 

1. By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the related Privacy Policy. 

1. ELIGIBILITY  ,

1. THE PRIZE 

1. One (1) winner will receive one (2) free ticket to the event on the 28th October, one for themselves and a companion aged 18-35.   

1. Flights, travel insurance, visas, transfers, taxes, and incidental costs to attend the event are not included. 

1. No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer of the prize is permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require. 

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:   

• The winner must confirm attendance to the event, subject to availability. 

• The Prize applies only to the event attendance only. 

• The Prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other consideration. 

• The Prize is non-transferable and applies only to the confirmed winner. 

• Promotion Sponsor is not responsible if winner is unable to attend the event on the day.

7.2 All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winning participant hereby disclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under the control of Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each Winner hereby waives any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of such winning recipient's name, likeness or voice under contract, tort or any other theory of law.  

8 CONDUCT   

8.1  By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Parties, which shall be final, binding and non-appealable in all respects.   

8.2 Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

9 LIABILITY   

9.1 The Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for:  

1. lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged or garbled registrations, Entries, URLs, or emails;   

1. any incorrect or inaccurate Entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions;   

1. any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of Entries or registrations at any point in the operation of this Promotion;   

1. any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion;   

1. inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet or the Web Site or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of Entries, social networking posts, or registrations, the announcement of the prizes, or in any other Promotion-related materials;   

1. any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion. 9.3 The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Promotion Organizer is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Promotion Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the Prize    

10 PRIVACY   

10.1  Except as noted in these Official Rules, information collected for this Promotion is used only for the purpose of Promotion administration and winner notification and will not be re-used, sold or shared in any manner by the Promotion Parties or any third parties unless you have elected to receive additional information or promotional material from the Sponsor, or a third party.   

10.2 All data collected by those that have entered this Promotion will be deleted after all winners for this Promotion have been confirmed and notified.  The data of only those who have consented to receive further marketing communications will be stored, as per the privacy policy available at https://www.contiki.com/resources/legalstuff.   

10.3 By participating in the Promotion, participant agrees to all the terms and conditions of the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.contiki.com/resources/legalstuff.  In the event of any discrepancy between the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.  

11 RELEASES   

11.1 All participants, as a condition of participation in this Promotion, agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with (i) participation in any aspect of the Promotion, (ii) the receipt, ownership or use of the prize awarded, including any travel associated with any prize, (iii) participant's registration material on any related website, or (iv) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules.  

12 SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

6.Each eligible email address constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities or devices for the purpose of circumventing the rules may result in disqualification.
7.By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the related Privacy Policy.

4.ELIGIBILITY
1.The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Germany, and the Philippines, aged 18–35 at the date of trip departure.
2.For the avoidance of any doubt, the Promotion is not open to 
a.Employees, officers, and directors of Contiki ("Sponsor"),  
b.Employees of any respective sister companies, affiliates or subsidiaries (‘Sponsor”) 
3.Entrants must have a valid passport and be legally entitled to travel during 2026–2027
4.Entries are limited to one entry per person
5.The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or otherwise violate these Terms.
6.The Promotion is void in any area not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply.

5.THE PRIZE
1.One (1) winner will receive one (1) free Contiki trip of their choice, with a maximum duration of eleven (11) days (the “Prize”).
a.The maximum retail value of the Prize will not exceed $5,000 AUD. If the selected trip exceeds $5,000 AUD in published retail value, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.
b.The prize covers only the land trip price as per Contiki’s published rate at the time of booking.
c.Flights, travel insurance, optional activities, visas, transfers, taxes, and incidental costs are not included
2.No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer of the prize is permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  
· The winner must select and book an eligible Contiki trip (maximum eleven (11) days in duration) departing during 2026–2027, subject to availability.
· The trip must be booked directly with Contiki and is subject to Contiki booking policies.  
· The Prize applies only to the land portion of the trip.
· The Prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other consideration.
· The Prize is non-transferable and applies only to the confirmed winner.
· Promotion Sponsor is not responsible if winner is denied entrance into any country for any reason.
· Winner must be between the ages of 18–35 during the travel dates and must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) in order to travel.
· Winner must obtain any required inoculations and/or complete required medical forms prior to travel.
· All additional costs not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner
