By participating you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Acceptance of a prize is subject to the normal policies and rules or restrictions of the Sponsors.

1.THE PROMOTION 
1.Contiki’s NEWSLETTER SIGN-UP WIN A TRIP Promotion (the "Promotion") begins at 12:01 AM GMT on 26 December 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on 30 June 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion is a game of chance.

2.THE SPONSOR/PROMOTION PARTY:  
1.Contiki Holidays Limited (“Contiki”), Company Number 50679, a company registered in Guernsey whose registered office address is the Travel House, Rue du Manoir, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands, GY1 2JH.

3.ENTRY REQUIREMENTS  
1.The promotion runs on Contiki.com during the Promotion Period stated above.    
2.No entries before or after these times will be accepted.  
3.To enter the Promotion, entrants must visit www.contiki.com and successfully sign up to receive Contiki’s marketing newsletter during the Promotion Period. Entrants must provide first nm, last name and a valid email address and complete the subscription process.
4.Only new newsletter subscriptions completed during the Promotion Period will qualify. Individuals already subscribed to Contiki’s newsletter prior to 12:01 AM GMT on 4 February 2026 are not eligible for entry unless they unsubscribe prior to the Promotion Period and re-subscribe during the Promotion Period.
5.No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
6.Each eligible email address constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities or devices for the purpose of circumventing the rules may result in disqualification.
7.By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the related Privacy Policy.

4.ELIGIBILITY
1.The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Germany, and the Philippines, aged 18–35 at the date of trip departure.
2.For the avoidance of any doubt, the Promotion is not open to 
a.Employees, officers, and directors of Contiki ("Sponsor"),  
b.Employees of any respective sister companies, affiliates or subsidiaries (‘Sponsor”) 
3.Entrants must have a valid passport and be legally entitled to travel during 2026–2027
4.Entries are limited to one entry per person
5.The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or otherwise violate these Terms.
6.The Promotion is void in any area not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply.

5.THE PRIZE
1.One (1) winner will receive one (1) free Contiki trip of their choice, with a maximum duration of eleven (11) days (the “Prize”).
a.The maximum retail value of the Prize will not exceed $5,000 AUD. If the selected trip exceeds $5,000 AUD in published retail value, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference.
b.The prize covers only the land trip price as per Contiki’s published rate at the time of booking.
c.Flights, travel insurance, optional activities, visas, transfers, taxes, and incidental costs are not included
2.No substitution, cash alternative, or transfer of the prize is permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  
· The winner must select and book an eligible Contiki trip (maximum eleven (11) days in duration) departing during 2026–2027, subject to availability.
· The trip must be booked directly with Contiki and is subject to Contiki booking policies.  
· The Prize applies only to the land portion of the trip.
· The Prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other consideration.
· The Prize is non-transferable and applies only to the confirmed winner.
· Promotion Sponsor is not responsible if winner is denied entrance into any country for any reason.
· Winner must be between the ages of 18–35 during the travel dates and must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID, passport, visa, etc.) in order to travel.
· Winner must obtain any required inoculations and/or complete required medical forms prior to travel.
· All additional costs not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner

The PPBIGFLASHSALE savings and discounts are only valid on select trips departing between 1st August 2026 and 31st March 2027 (blackout dates may apply). The discount applies to new bookings only made between 24th March to 8th April 2026. The discount applies to the land portions of the trip price only (this excludes any applicable taxes, included flight costs, National Park fees, festival tickets, port taxes, extra accommodation, and optional experiences.) The deal is combinable with Past Passenger, Future Travel Credit & Book with Friends discounts. This offer is not combinable with any other offer. Contiki reserves the right to validate bookings and will remove any additional offers added online that are not combinable. If travellers change to another tour or date not on sale, they are responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions. The offer is not valid on all itineraries and/or departure dates, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. The offer is not transferable to any other dates.
