The booking experience was very clear and easy! I booked online and initially selected to pay in instalments, however, there was a slight issue with the system not recognising the initial payment made and trying to charge me a second time, I called the support number provided and the person I spoke

In this trip the optional add ons had to be paid in US dollars cash which to the best of my knowledge was not disclosed to me prior to arriving to Peru. Meaning every withdrawal at an atm would cost me extra due to transactional fees. Also only a few hotels had issues like the bathroom door closing
