Trip was very easy to book however there was an issue with the automatic payment plan that separated from my booking which meant money deducted from my account without automatically being credited to the invoice, which meant I had to email contiki support every two weeks to chase an updated balance.

Having a local TM made the difference and Manny was fantastic Manny was the best TM. He brought the group together and being a local, was able to converse with all of the locals on our behalf. We saw a heap of places and had some amazing experiences.
