How it works
Elly, host Surf & yoga in Devon
Born and raised in London, Elly always dreamed of organising wellness trips but was scared to take the leap. After a family tragedy she completed her Yoga training and got back into surfing and swimming to deal with her grief. Elly now works as a Yoga Instructor in Bristol and runs regular Surf and Yoga retreats around the world.
Matteo is a professional truffle hunter who has been working in the business for 12 years, combining his passion for nature, animals and cooking. A skilled chef who specialises in Italian recipes involving fragrant truffles and mushrooms, he enjoys sharing his culinary skills with others.
Adrian Dandridge, host Eco Farm in Okavango
The farm is run by Adrian Dandridge (Adi), an old character of Maun that has a deep love and knowledge for all things natural. Adrian is a key element to the experience. The “walk with Adi” will encompass spending some time with Adi during his normal routine (of which he has none!). He will take the travellers around the farm and chat about his various methods or current projects, these could range from harvesting mushrooms or fixing fences, to finding ways to keep elephant from his banana trees.
