Good: Easy online booking and payment system. Improvements: Confusing to find customer app to engage with future trip passengers and not the most timely sending of trip documents. Other companies had trip documents ready weeks before the trip but I only received it approx one week before my trip

Booking and info prior to the trip was as expected but many aspects of Hogmanay had been cancelled which we didn’t hear about until we arrived which was very disappointing. The trip was massively overpriced for what we got! It was advertised as a multi day festival but only included a street party

There was confusion about where I was staying initially as there was two different hostels listed in the email sent, but otherwise everything was fine. The trip leader (Cerrie) was perfect.
