We're building something bigger

A generation of changemakers who travel with purpose and come home ready to do something about it. Guides, travellers, Trip Leaders, experience providers — everyone who touches a Contiki trip has the potential to leave a positive mark on the places we visit together and so we’re building The Wander Lightly 10,000. These are 10,000 people who want to travel – and lead – with purpose by 2030.

Join the Wander Lightly Challenge

You can join part of our contingent by participating in a Wander Lightly Challenge on trip. Included on a select number of trips in 2026 you’ll have the opportunity to explore your destination in a new and exciting way that positively impacts the community and planet. Stay tuned for a full roll out in 2027.

Taking it beyond the trip

We’re also creating opportunities for our wider ecosystem of guides, Trip Leaders and experience providers to expand their local impact and join our contingent. Through local activations with travel agents and our employees, we’re getting our industry involved in creating positive change in their communities too.
