We’re looking for On-Site Team Members to live and work at one of our Special Stays in Europe for the summer season. Alongside our other team members, you’ll be responsible for looking after our travelers during their stay. Positions vary at each site, but will usually include:

As a member of our On-Site Team, you’ll be the face of Contiki, interacting with travelers daily and making sure they have the trip of a lifetime!
Our travelers have high expectations of us, so naturally, we have the same high expectations of our team – only the best will do. We've been at the top of our game for over 60 years, and that's where we intend to stay!

To work at our Special Stays, you must hold a current European passport (UK passports are not eligible) or be able to obtain an Austrian Working Holiday Visa. Please note we aren’t able to sponsor applicants for this position.
Desirable (but not required):
Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll get in touch via email. If we think you may be suitable for a position, we’ll invite you for an interview. For this interview you will be asked to prepare a short talk (topic and guidelines provided by us).
Following a successful individual interview, you’ill be offered a position on our On-Site Team Member Training Trip. To secure your place, you’ll need to pay a bond of €300. This is fully refundable upon the successful completion of the summer season. Refunds will not be given to those who change their mind about attending, who do not successfully complete the training trip or do not subsequently work as an On-Site Team Member post training.
The training trip begins in March and is held at the Contiki Château in France. You will be cooking for large groups, cleaning, and learning more about Contiki while working as part of a team.
