One of the great things about Contiki is that travelling in a group provides a sense of safety and community. Amazing Contiki tour manager and our bus driver was the best! Some of the hotels were not great, dodgy power points, showers that flooded bathrooms, air-conditioning that didn't work etc wish we had a bit more time in some of our smaller stops like Sienna but understand there's a time constraint.

This was a great trip to see so much of the country! I opted into all of the Free Time Add On’s, I recommend doing all of them, maybe besides the lemon tour and the Naples street food tour. It was absolutely incredible. We got to go to so many places and experience so many things. I loved that Contiki was able to provide the age bracket for older travellers. It made the experience so much more enjoyable being with mature adults. Loved our trip manager Bec, shes an absolute legend.

Yes, all information was easy to acquire. Overall I would highly recommend the trip as me and my partner really enjoyed exploring almost all of the main points in Italy. I do wish the Pompeii experience was a little bit more thorough and I also wish there was some more time in Florence and bologna
