The trip itself was good, however I feel the itenerary was too packed leaving us with more time on the bus then desired and not sufficient time to actually explore each city (I do understand this is the trip style, but adding a couple of days or removing a couple cities could go a long way).
My trip manager was absolutely incredible and I could not recommend Ed enough.
I was a bit disappointed that we were not informed ahead of time that a significant number of our lunches were to be purchased from a service station. The quality of this food is generally not the worst, but i would have definitely preferred the forewarning and option to stop at a grocery store and stock up on some snacks as I spent well over $2000 on food and that could have been very easily cut down to at least 25%. Same thing with being able to stop at a liquor store as we spent a significant amount at hotel bars .etc, where even buying one case of beer or a few bottles of wine, could have saved 75-80% of liquor costs.
Some of the hotels were very questionable, with awkward layouts for roommates who don’t know each other (minimal bathroom privacy), as well as being very very small. Would not recommend doing triple occupancy unless you want to get real close and comfortable.
