Which destinations are popular for multi-country tours?

Europe’s a classic – think pasta in Italy, pastries in France, pristine architecture in Prague. But Europe’s just the tip of the iceberg! Southeast Asia tours are all about island hopping, temples, tuk tuks and tasty street eats.

What is included in a multi-country vacation package?

With Contiki, your in-country transportation and stays are included with the cost of your trip. Same goes for your awesome Trip Manager and Driver, breakfast, and a selection of included experiences too. You’ll also join a friendly group of 18-35 year olds from around the world.

What to pack for a multi-country tour?

Versatility is key. Think layers, comfy shoes, swimwear, sunscreen and a power adaptor that works across countries. A good daypack and a reusable water bottle won’t go amiss either. Pack light if you can, you’ll want to save space for souvenirs and snacks during your trip.

Are multi-country tour packages customisable?

Whatever your vibe, there’s a Contiki trip for you – with Europe multi-country travel packages, multi-country Asia tour packages and a lot more. Wanna live your best hostel life? Say no more. Wanna upgrade to a hotel stay? Check out our Plus Range for the same awesome experience but with (minimum) 3 star hotels.

Do I need separate visas for each country on my trip?

If you’re heading to Europe (e.g. from Australia or the USA), good news – most of the time, you won’t need multiple visas. Many European countries are part of the Schengen Area, which means you can travel freely between them on a single Schengen visa . That covers big hitters like France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands and more.

But heads up – a few spots like Croatia, Ireland or the UK aren’t part of the Schengen Zone, so always double-check entry requirements before you go.

Visa rules will differ when it comes to Asia and the rest of the world. Best advice = do your research, check the requirements for your specific destination, length of stay and country of residence too.
