If you want to change your chosen trip or departure, just call us and let us know what trip or departure you’d like, and if there’s space we’ll take care of the rest. No need to worry about spending your hard earned cash on change fees. Here is what you need to know.
1. Does your current trip depart in more than 45 days? Yes? No worries.
-You can change to another trip in any region, subject to availability
-NO fees apply
-If your new trip is more expensive than your current trip, you’ll need to pay the difference in trip cost for your new trip departure. If it’s cheaper than your current trip, we’ll refund you the difference in cost.
2. Does your current trip depart within 45 days? Here’s the deal:
You can still change your trip without paying a change fee, but because of the late notice, Contiki has incurred the costs of the original trip, and normal cancellation fees will apply. As a guide these cancellation fees* are:
- Departing within 45-22 days? 25% of trip fare
- Departing within 21-8 days? 50% of trip fare
- Departing within 7-1 days? 75% of trip fare
- Day of departure? 100% of trip fare

*Zero Change Fees Terms and Conditions: If after your booking has been confirmed, you wish to change to an alternate departure date of any available trip, you may do so subject to availability. If the change is requested more than 45 days before the original trip departure, no fee will be charged. A change of booking within 45 days of original trip departure will be treated as a cancellation and above cancellation fees will apply. However, trip deposits can be used as credit to a new trip, see FlexDeposit. A name change to a different person will be treated as a cancellation. A fee will be charged for any alteration to airline arrangements made by Contiki as per T&Cs.
