A career in intl trade enabled me to travel internationally, and since 1976 I've visited 84 countries. To my surprise, those high school writing skills morphed into a a second career as a combat journalist for the Marine Corps, with 15 embeds to such hotspots as Ramadi, Fallujah, Haiti, Beirit, and Iwo Jima." Tge net-net is 3 books, 25+ print articles and 300+ web articles. My last intl trip was Egypt in Oct 2017 with my son; from the Pyramids to Luxor and the Valley of the Kings! I'm currently in training for hiking the Salkantay trail to Machu Picchu this Aug (2019). There's some fascenating cultures and lovely people out there: join me and let's meet them!
