Hey I'm Caitlin and I'm an aspiring writer and lost soul chasing wanderlust around the world. I'm from the east coast of Australia, north of Sydney. I can speak German, but am definitely more fluent in Ed Sheeran lyrics. I left Australia for 5.5 months to see what would happen and now I'm back. AND I HAVE STORIES. I dance and sing at inappropriate times but it’s okay. If you join in. I have the same birthday as Gene Kelly, and I wanted to be a ballerina when I was little. I still do. I have small record collection and a growing library in my bedroom. I hoard old newspapers and magazines because I want to remember where I was on days where nothing special happened, but I just lived. My favourite German word is Fingerspitzengefühl. Literally “fingertip feeling.” Intuitive empathy with things and people. I cry a lot – but that’s a good thing. I feel too much and if I was as tall as my imagination, I’d be very tall.
