Hi! I’m Keira; born and raised on the Cornish coast in the UK, with itchy feet and the inane inability to stay still for long. In my early teens, travelling was something I often thought about, yet never envisioned myself doing. Coming from humble beginnings where money was tight, the possibility of seeing the world was rendered to books, films and a fierce imagination. Now, at twenty two, I’ve accomplished more than I ever could have imagined; having already visited roughly 20 countries and many more planned. Impressive for someone who could never go anywhere alone a few years back. Other than travelling, I’ve been a bookworm since I was little, so you’d probably find me with my face in a book when I’m home. On the flip side, I’m a massive music fan and love getting lost in the crowd at a gig, or, when that isn’t possible, having a wee boogie to some music on a road trip. Photography is another passion of mine, which I one day hope to merge with travel to be on the front covers of Nat Geo (a girl can dream). Having the opportunity and privilege to explore the world is not something I’ve taken for granted; it’s opened my eyes, broadened my mindset and made me into a more confident, well-rounded person.
