I grew up in New York but live at the Jersey Shore. I started traveling out west in a van in my early 20's and realized how big and vast and exciting the world is, different way of life from where I grew up and my little bubble called home. I became interested in exploring other places and meeting people from different cultures, religions and the history of the region. I became a big fan of travel web sites and TV channels. I am the one that will pick a country, research endlessly about it to make sure I get to know where and what to do in my allotted time, then go and experience it myself! But I do enjoy staying right here in the USA, plenty to see and do, the history and people to meet right here is just as exciting! Did someone say road trip???
