France

Not only is Paris known as the City of Love, but did you know it’s also the water capital of the world? Paris has worked hard to provide clean water to the public. There are over 700 drinkable water fountains, including a few sparking water ones, located throughout the city. Next time you visit Paris, download the WeTap app – allowing you to take advantage of drinkable water while on the go. Not only is it free to the public, but it’s also a great way to cut down on your plastic bottle consumption while travelling. Oh and you also won’t want to miss this episode as it opens with a water tasting featuring Zac and his bestie Anna Kendrick. Swoon.

Costa Rica

Known for its stretching rainforests and diverse wildlife, it’s no surprise that Costa Rica is on Down to Earth with Zac Efron‘s list. Zac and Darin spend time in a small eco-village that manages their environmental footprint to reduce waste. After watching the episode you’ll probs want to add this country to your list pronto – just imagine yourself ziplining through the treetops in Costa Rica.

Sardinia, Italy

Sardinia is the second-largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. It’s a special place as here there are villages of people who are over 100-years-old, known as centenarians. By eating Sardinian food and keeping a healthy lifestyle, they’ve been able to live a long and healthy life, and the episode digs deeper into the super-healthy way of living. The bonus part for us is not only seeing Zac embracing the Italian culture, but also how he experiences the local Italian lifestyle, history and buildings all at once.

I very much relate to Vittoria, this Sardinian bread maker who knows what she likes.
