Where is Splendour in the Grass held?
Splendour is held in surrounding parklands of the idyllic beach town of Byron Bay. A short 20-minute drive from town, and a short distance from the Gold Coast airport, the festival is held on private property known as the North Byron Parklands. It can be reached by car or bus.

The festival will be held across three days from July 24 – July 26, 2020.
Camping at Splendour in the Grass:
Splendour has heaps of different camping options available, and festival-goers can opt to purchase a combined ticket to include camping. If the camping tickets sell out, there are lots of accommodation options in town to check out.
Accommodation at Splendour in the Grass:
If camping isn’t your thing, check out local accommodation in Byron Bay. Hostels like Nomads, Wake Up! or Backpackers Inn. You can also check out other local hotels, apartments and houses to rent for the weekend.

What should I wear to Splendour in the Grass?
From free-flowing dresses, to double denim, anything goes at this fun festival. SPF is a must in the daytime and warm layers will be your friend in the evenings. Splendour takes place in our Aussie winter, so don’t forget some gumboots or a rain jacket! See our full Splendour packing list here.
